Life of Valor - Founder, Entrepreneur, Stuntman, Author, Speaker & Former U.S. Navy SEAL 

 Jeff Bramstedt was born in St. Louis and raised in Central Wisconsin. He joined the Navy shortly after high school with the goal of becoming a Navy SEAL. Graduating with his original Buds class (class 183), he received orders to do 18D. After graduating from 18D (Army Special Forces medical training) nearly a year later, he reported to SEAL Team One in Coronado, CA. Spending nearly 13 years as a Navy SEAL, Jeff was medically retired and began a new life, comprised of stunt work in Hollywood movies, TV shows, and commercials. 

Jeff has dedicated his post-military life to impacting the lives of men with the Word of God. His goal is to build foundations in men that won't crack under the pressures of life that every man faces. Training and teaching men to be “real men" is the core of his ministry, Life of Valor Ministries. 

Jeff has the unique ability to connect with men on a down-to-earth, man-to-man level using his experience as a husband, father, businessman and Navy SEAL to inspire men to be the man God has called them to be. Jeff is one of those strong men leading and teaching other men to do great exploits in the Kingdom of God. 

Along with the Life of Valor, Jeff Bramstedt also formed and successfully leads a Professional Skydiving Team called VST or Valor Skydiving Team.  Under Jeff’s leadership this team is still in existence today, performing primarily for children’s organizations, churches and large events, NFL and MLB events around the nation.  Valor Skydiving Team is comprised entirely of current and former Navy SEAL Team members and in its 14 years of existence maintains a perfect safety record.  As a pro skydiver, Mr. Bramstedt saw an opportunity to venture into the private sector as a business owner.  Jeff currently owns and operates Skydive San Diego along with his amazing team and staff.

Jeff spends his time as the leader and CEO of a company in San Diego and often speaks to corporations, leadership groups, churches, and men’s groups, mentoring young men and training future leaders. Jeff currently resides in Southern California with his wife and 4 children.
